Sindragosa 1792 Connected Players Maelstrom Q1 2022

What happens to my Whitemane or Sunwell characters

In October 2021, Sunwell & Whitemane both merged together, creating Synergie. While the servers Sunwell and Whitemane hosted are no longer up and running, your characters are not lost! Some time after Sindragosa's launch, we will create an instant level 80 realm called Northrend. This will house characters from Feronis, Angrathar, Frosthold, Voltarus, and Morgraine. Northrend will be a tournament realm for PVP and PVE. Stay tuned via Discord to receive up to date information about this realm!

How is Sindragosa different than Morgraine, Voltarus, or other WotLK servers

Sindragosa offers a number of Quality of Life features never seen on a WotLK server! From Automatic Spell Learning, to Crossfaction Guilds & Raids, we have implemented many features in a way that will feel natural and intuitive to players. For more details on the features offered, please read more on our Discord, here.

How do I report a player or Staff Member

Player Reports are fully managed via In-Game Tickets. If you are unable to make a Ticket, contact an available staff member on Discord. If you need to report one of our Staff Members, please directly contact our administrator on Discord, @St.Jimmy#9049.

Is Sindragosa a progressive server? How difficult is the content

Sindragosa is a progressive server, which means that patches and content is released on a Timeline. For example, at the start of the server, the first raid, Naxxramas, will not be available. Sindragosa has tuned content, which provides a challenge for our more hardcore players. All tuned content is completely optional. Players are able to play content with Blizzard's default difficulty, if they choose. Tuned content will have additional rewards for completion, making it a worthwhile goal!

What does crossfaction mean and what all is crossfaction on Sindragosa

By default, WotLK is separated by the two factions, Horde & Alliance. Sindragosa has implemented a Quality of Life feature called Northern Truce. This is our implementation of crossfaction content, meaning you can team up with your opposing faction. Almost every aspect of the game is crossfaction compatible on Sindragosa. Players from opposing factions can join guilds together, join raids, play battlegrounds and arenas. They can group up and quest together, send mail to each other, basically every function in the game is crossfaction! One of the main exceptions here is Wintergrasp. This World PvP event will continue being faction-specific.

So if crossfaction exists on both PVP & PVE, how does World PVP work

While we wanted to give our players the ability to play with their friends across opposing factions, Sindragosa is a PVP server, and we aim to keep it that way! Most of the crossfaction functionality is enabled when you invite an opposing faction member to your party. Otherwise, opposing faction members will still be hostile in the open world. Crossfaction will not affect World PVP!

I'm confused. Why are there two realmlists, do I need to create multiple accounts

Synergie is teamed up with GameFreedom, a project that assists us with the development side of our server. GameFreedom has teamed up with multiple private server projects, and they are utilizing Blizzard's old-school BattleTag system. This allows players to use the same account across multiple private server projects! To sign up for Sindragosa, simply follow the instructions listed on the Download page of this website. If you want to play on our PTR (Public Test Realm) servers, then you will create an account on GameFreedom's website. The PTR has a different realmlist than the live servers! The realmlist for Sindragosa and other live servers is: set realmlist

How does Racial Shift work? Does it have any limitations

Racial Shift is a Quality of Life feature aimed at balancing Racial Traits. If your class is available on another Race, you are now able to swap to that Race's Racial Traits. For example, if you choose to play a Dwarf Hunter, you are able to swap to the Racial Traits of a Night Elf, or of an Orc. But, if you play a Gnome Warlock, you are not able to swap to the Racial Traits of a Dwarf, because there isn't an option for Dwarf Warlocks. Racial Shift can be used ONCE per character. The donation store may have a feature in the future for Racial Shifting more than once. Server staff will not change your racial if you make a mistake. When you choose to swap your Racials, you will receive every Racial Trait from that Race. So there is no picking and choosing from multiple Races, you will get every trait from the Race you pick. Horde players are not able to choose Draenei as an option for Racial Shift, regardless of class.

When can I choose to play i68, The Path of the Champion

The Path of the Champion will be available to all players, after the Realm First Races are completed. To choose this Path, simply speak to the starting NPC in your zone. Choosing a Path is permanent.

Are the two Paths available to Death Knights

Yes, both Paths will be available to Death Knights. Because of the way Death Knights function in Wrath of the Lich King, the two Paths are a little different for this class. If you choose the Path of the Adventurer, you will not be reset to level 1, but you will continue to have all other perks provided by this Path. If you choose the Path of the Champion, your Death Knight will skip the Death Knight quests and become instant level 68.

I am having problems connecting to the server, what should I do

We have a detailed instruction guide on connection problems available on our website. You can find them here: If your problem is still not resolved after going through those instructions, please contact one of our Support Staff on our Discord.

How does Raid Tuning work? Is it applied per boss, or to the entire Instance

As you first enter a Raid's Instance, there is an NPC which will toggle our Raid Tuning. This can be turned on and off at will. So if you want to clear one boss tuned, then another untuned... Go for it! Naxxramas has one exception to this: In order to access tuned Sapphiron and Kel'Thuzad encounters, you must complete the entire raid with Tuning enabled!

Will there be an Armory on the website? PVP Ladderboard? Etc..

We have a lot of plans on expanding our website, and this will be one of our top priorities after Sindragosa's launch. Stay tuned!

How does Realm First Races work with multiple Paths & i68

The Path of the Champion will not be available at the start of the server. The Realm First Race is intended solely for the Path of the Adventurer. Once the Realm First Races are completed, the Path of the Champion will be unlocked for players.

Is 6x the default experience rate? How do you enable it

By default, the experience rate on Sindragosa is 1x. In order to change your experience rate to 6x, you must choose the Path of the Adventurer. This Path is available at every starting zone, provided in Quest form by the Starting NPC.

What is the Timeline for Sindragosa

I was banned! How do I appeal my ban

All ban appeals are handled via e-mail. Please send your appeal to [email protected] Your appeal decision will be directly affected by your honesty.

Will my Sindragosa characters be transferred over to your Cataclysm realm, Maelstrom

No, Maelstrom will be a fresh server. Sindragosa characters will be transferred to our Northrend realm when Sindragosa population declines after end of WotLK content.
